Warranty Service
A) Warranty conditions and regulations
1. The products with warranty cards can be guaranteed. Needless to mention that showing the warranty card is obligatory for using the warranty services of products.
2. After warranty expiration date, all the necessary repairs will be done upon receiving the amount based on the approved tariff.
3. In order to use warranty services, observing the correct principles and conditions of installation – which has been suggested in company user manuals - is obligatory. Otherwise, in addition to cancelling the warranty and the related conditions and services, the company will not be held responsible for any legal or penal liabilities.
4. The defects of device shall be confirmed by the experts in company before using the warranty services.
5. The warranty does not cover the following cases:
- In case the customer contacts the technician directly
- Failure to follow the instructions mentioned in device manual
- The erasure of serial number or the manufacture date
- Damages or harms arising from strike, improper transportation, falling, fire, energy flux, unexpected incidents, manipulation caused by unauthorized persons, damage done to compressor pipes, spattering water or any other fluids to electrical and electronic parts of the product (device board and its appurtenances), using the product in polluted or inappropriate areas, or using the device contrary to the explanations stated in user manual.
6. Parts of the device which are not included in warranty liabilities:
All the attachments used in device such as compartments, plastic parts, lamp, damages to the inside and outside of body (cabin) and doors.
B) Observing the following items by customers are obligatory:
1. The electric power required for this device is 220 to 240 volt. Observing this voltage is necessary to keep the device safe.
2. Do not install the device in the vicinity of heating, moisturizing and unroofed devices (including all the holes which have a direct contact to outdoor environment) and keep the device away from direct sunlight
3. Observing the space between wall, cupboard, and installation space in accordance with the specifications inserted in user manual is obligatory.
4. In order to use warranty services, the customer shall inform Electro Poshtiban Co. of the date of purchase and installation via express mail or email electroposhtibantoos@gmail.com; otherwise, the device lacks warranty and the company will not have any responsibilities including providing warranty services, or legal or penal liabilities.
Note:
In case of changing the installation location, without paying attention to item 1 to 3 of the warranty and its described requirements in user manual, the product warranty will be cancelled and the company will not have any responsibilities including providing warranty services, or legal, or penal liabilities.
Electro Steel Co. reserves the right to perform any changes in design, parts, and its productions without making obligations in implementing them in its previous Products.
