The main parts of refrigerator cooling system are:
- Metal intervening coils on the back of refrigerator (condenser or radiator)
- Cooling container, freezer compartment or ice maker (evaporator)
- Engine (compressor)
- Other pipes and tubes of the refrigerator
In other words, a complete route for the refrigerants is created in refrigerator. The engine or compressor of refrigerators circulates and moves the gas in this route. When the refrigerant reaches the ice maker, it takes heat from the stuff inside it and is warmed itself. Then with the compressor pressure, this gas is transferred to the intervening coils on the back of refrigerator and the gas loses its heat in these bars; meaning that it cools with the help of surrounding air and starts moving again. Now can you guess why the condensers on the back of refrigerator and ice maker are designed in the shape of network and tube?
And can you say why none of these route parts should not be pierced and leaked?
